Statement of Outcome Levels Measured (Level 2): 
We use a post-meeting survey to measure the outcomes of Snowmass Retina and Eye annually. Attendees complete this survey evaluation regarding the speakers, topics, venue and a summary report is prepared.

It documents:
•    Number of attendees & their demographics
•    Number of faculty
•    Number of certificates issued
