Room rates are per room, per night and do not include tax or gratuity. Please make your reservations directly with the hotel. Remember to indicate that you will be attending the Snowmass Ophthalmology Conference, Physicians Conference Association to obtain the above rate when booking.

Group price protection is guaranteed, conference room rates are good from 03/09/2012 through 03/18/2012. If hotel rack rates for the Deluxe or Slope view rooms decrease, your discounted rate will lower by the same percentage.

There will be an extra person charge of $25 per person/per night. Children under 12 stay free in parent's room. Rollaway's are $25/night and cribs are free. All rooms are non-smoking and maximum occupancy is 4 persons.

The property cannot guarantee for specific room numbers, locations, bedding, or rating categories. Requests for changes in room assignment made after arrival will be honored if possible but cannot be guaranteed.
